My Name is Stuart Smith and i am the Manager/General Dogsbody, I Originally Started working for SGS Ltd Europe's Largest Testing and Certification Company. In 2003 We set up Emerald PAT Testing. I am City and Guilds qualified 2377 - 22 PAT Testing and 2377 - 32 Management of PAT Testing. I also Hold 17th Edition Electrical Regulations and am Competent in Fire Extinguisher Servicing

I am also a PAT Test trainer
